Why is it important to stay relatively still to get a clean brainwave signal?

Modified on Thu, 05 Oct 2023 at 04:17 PM

Muscle movement creates much larger signals than brainwaves. Although we do our best to remove the noise, muscle movements such as clenching your jaw, moving your head or body, or a lot of blinking can drown out the brainwave signal. During training, you are alerted with silence if your movement has disrupted the signal - we don’t take any chances on training noise - just clean signals please.
