Why is it important to stay relatively still to get a clean brainwave signal?

Modified on Thu, 12 Jan 2023 at 11:52 AM

Muscle movement creates much much larger signals than brainwaves. Although we do our best to remove the noise, muscle movements such as clenching your jaw, moving your head or body or a lot of blinking can drown out the brainwave signal. During training, you are alerted with silence, if your movement has disrupted the signal - we don’t take any chances on training noise - just clean signals please.
